Immigration Fee Agreement

If, during the first free consultation, it is determined that your case requires a thorough analysis and verification of your documents, you may be asked to arrange paid immigration counsel by phone or at our Fort Lauderdale offices. The service fees of our Boston immigration attorneys are based on the work that the immigration case typically requires. In some cases, additional work needs to be done. A list of additional fees for immigration cases is listed below on this page (these are attorneys` fees and do not include USCIS registration fees that may be required). For your convenience, we offer payment plans and accept electronic checks and all common credit cards. Remember that your immigration status is a very serious issue that should only be handled by a qualified and experienced immigration lawyer. Our immigration attorney fees are among the most competitive and our commitment to our clients is exceptional, if any. If you have any questions about the fees listed below, please feel free to contact our office to speak with a lawyer or chief counsel. The registration fee is due with the retainer agreement signed with our company prior to providing services, and the USCIS registration fee must be filed before a USCIS application is filed. As soon as the firm has discussed your case with you, you will be informed of the appropriate fee agreement for your case. On this date, the firm will prepare a written fee agreement that you can verify, approve and sign. A signed copy of the fee agreement and a copy of your payment will be provided to you for your documents. Our lawyers are at your disposal to meet with you and provide professional legal advice tailored to your case and your particular situation and needs.

You have the opportunity to personally discuss your case with one of our experienced lawyers during a consultation interview. The lawyer will carefully consider your immigration, employment, family and criminal history, as well as your short- and long-term goals. The lawyer will explain the immigration benefits you might follow and consider the possibility of using the firm to handle your specific legal case. (Note that these immigration lawyer fees may change from the date of secondment. For the most accurate information on the price, contact our lawyers directly.) Once you have signed a fee agreement and paid the first acomptère or retained, you are now a client of the firm and your case is assigned to a lawyer and a Paralegal team. In most cases, we need additional information and/or documents from you to launch your case. We use different methods to collect your information and documents, including electronic questionnaires and other forms. We strongly recommend that you contact your team of lawyers/Paralegal by e-mail so that you have a written copy of the correspondence on your case. You can also call us with your questions or concerns throughout the case. Our policy is to respond to all customer requests, whether by phone or email, within one business day. If you send an email, we advise you to send it to your lawyer and your lawyer to get the fastest response.

We also advise you not to call your lawyer and solicitor and send him by e-mail, which creates confusion as to how you want to communicate with our office. The Colorado Supreme Court also provides valuable information on the use of “Notarios” for immigration matters – see: If you want to learn more about Kolko & Casey, P.C., and the professional services we offer or if they have specific questions about an immigration case, we recommend calling our office or sending an email…
